Round 9: Hungary-Russia 2-2. Netherlands-France 1.5-2.5. Armenia-Georgia 3-1 (Aronian beat Jobava). Germany-Azerbaijan 2-2. Moldova-Ukraine 1.5-2.5.
Round 8: Russia-Armenia 2-2. France-Georgia 2-2. Azerbaijan-Hungary 0.5-3.5. Netherlands-Latvia 3-1. Germany-Norway 2.5-1.5. Ukraine-Poland 2.5-1.5.
Round 7: France-Russia 1.5-2.5 (Vachier-Lagrave vs Svidler, with counterplay, but then Peter made mistakes and Maxime obtained an advantage after 22.e5 and 23.f4, a draw). Latvia-Azerbaijan 2-2. Georgia-Ukraine 2.5-1.5. Spain-Hungary 1.5-2.5. Poland-Armenia 1-3. Netherlands-England 3-1.

Round 4: Ukraine-Russia 1-3 (Ivanchuk lost to Svidler, Nepomniachtchi beat Areshchenko). France-Serbia 2-2. Azerbaijan-Turkey 3.5-0.5 (Naiditsch checkmated Esen). Switzerland-Spain 1-3. England-Armenia 2-2 (Adams beat Aronian). Poland-Hungary 1.5-2.5. Georgia-Croatia 2.5-1.5.
Round 3: Ukraine-Azerbaijan 2.5-1.5. Russia-Spain 2.5-1.5 (Svidler won a pawn vs Vallejo, a draw). France-Hungary 2-2 (Leko had excellent counterplay vs Vachier-Lagrave, a draw). Georgia-Poland 2-2. Serbia-Netherlands 3-1. Croatia-England 2-2. Norway-Armenia 1.5-2.5 (Carlsen grabbed a pawn, but Aronian had good compensation: two bishops, active pieces that can attack on the kingside. Magnus made a mistake 22.Nxb7 and lost).
