14. Re1!
A strong novelty. In the game Ponomariov, R - Anand, V, Mainz 2002 White played 14. Nd2 Bb7 15. a4 O-O-O 16. a5 c5 17. axb6 axb6 18. Be4 g4 with more or less equal game.
14...Bf8?
Better is 14...g4 15. Qxh6 gxf3 16. Rxe6+ fxe6 17. Qxe6+ Be7 18.Qxg8+ Nf8 19. Bg6+ Kd7 20. Bf5+ Ke8 21. Bh6 (21. Be4) 21...Qd6 22. Bxf8 Bxf8 23. Re1+ Kd8 24. Bxc8 Rxc8 25. Qf7 Be7 26. Qxf3 with a small edge to White.

15...Bg7 16. h4 Kf8
If 16...Nf6 then 17. hxg5 hxg5 18. Bxg5.
17. Qh3
White is better.
17...Rh8
Or 17...Bb7 18. hxg5 hxg5 19. Nxg5 Rh8 20. Nh7+ Kg8 21. Rxe6!
18. hxg5 hxg5 19. Qg4 c5 20. Bxg5 cxd4 21. Rad1 Bb7

Or 25...Qd8 26. Nxe6! Kxe6 27. Bc4+ Kf5 28. Rxd7 winning.

26. Bf5
26. Nb5+! is more precise, 26...Kc6 27. Re1 (27. Be2, 27. Qg4) 27...Rae8 (27...Qd5 28. Qg3 e5 29. c4 or 27...Rhe8 28. a4) 28. Be4+ Kxb5 29. Qxd7+ Ka5 30. c3 and White wins faster.
